Family History research in Lancashire and Scotland
About my Research
I began researching my Family History in 1998. Most of my research centres around East Lancashire but one branch of my maternal line goes back to Scotland. I have also researched my husbands Eldridge roots which are in the Heathrow/Harmonthsworth area, west of London.
Recently I have started looking into my grandchildren's Rushton family from Cheadle in Staffordshire and my husbands maternal family from Lurgan in Co Armargh, Northern Ireland.
The main reason for starting this site is to share my love of genealogy and hopefully to make contact with others researching the same surnames. So if any of my surnames seem familiar please contact me.
